各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅(局)、国家税务局、地方税务局，新疆生产建设兵团财务局:

经国务院批准，《财政部、国家税务总局关于继续实施边茶增值税政策的通知》(财税[2011]89号)规定的增值税政策将继续执行至2018年12月31日。

在本条规定的日期前，按照本通知的规定已经征收和应当免征的增值税，可以冲减纳税人在以后几个月内应当缴纳的增值税或者予以退还。
